Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Sati Code website or enrolling in any of our programmes. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

  • "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with any programme-specific information provided at the time of enrolment.
  • "Service" means the online AI development programmes, website content, learning materials, and related support offered by Sati Code.
  • "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses the website or enrols in a Sati Code programme.
  • "We" / "Us" / "Our" means Sati Code, operating from 132 Thanon Ratchadamnoen, Talat Yai, Mueang, Phuket 83000, Thailand.
  • "Content" means all text, video, audio, code samples, exercises, and other materials made available through our programmes.
  • "Programme" means any of our structured learning offerings, including AI Foundations, Applied Machine Learning, and AI Systems & Deployment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Sati Code website or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
  • Where you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or enrol in our programmes.

3. Service Description

Sati Code provides online AI development programmes delivered through recorded sessions, written materials, exercises, and mentor feedback. Our current programme offerings are:

  • AI Foundations Programme (฿2,490): An introductory programme covering programming fundamentals and core AI concepts, suited to learners newer to the field.
  • Applied Machine Learning (฿5,100): An intermediate programme covering practical machine learning methods, model evaluation, and real-data work, with mentor feedback and a portfolio project.
  • AI Systems & Deployment (฿8,400): An advanced programme covering dependable AI systems, deployment, monitoring, and responsible practices, with mentorship and career support.

Programme content, duration, and structure are described fully on our website prior to enrolment. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information remains current and accurate.

Access to programmes is subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify programme content to reflect improvements, updated practices, or corrections, provided the core learning outcomes remain substantially the same.

4. User Accounts

Upon enrolment, you may be issued access credentials for the learning platform. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your credentials confidential and not sharing access with any other person.
  • All activity that takes place under your account.
  • Notifying us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend or close an account if we have reason to believe it has been compromised, shared, or used in violation of these terms.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Engage with programme material honestly and in good faith.
  • Submit your own work for exercises and projects; academic integrity is expected throughout.
  • Treat mentors, support staff, and any other learners with courtesy and respect.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or share programme materials beyond personal study use.
  • Not attempt to access systems, content, or accounts to which you are not authorised.
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Sati Code or other users.

We may withdraw access without refund if these responsibilities are materially breached.

6. Intellectual Property

All content made available through our website and programmes — including but not limited to lesson videos, written materials, code examples, and exercises — is the intellectual property of Sati Code or its licensors.

Upon enrolment and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use programme content for your own personal learning during the programme period. This licence does not permit:

  • Redistribution or commercial use of any programme content.
  • Recording, copying, or republishing lesson materials in any form.
  • Using Sati Code's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

Work submitted by you during exercises and projects remains yours. By submitting work, you grant us a limited licence to review, comment on, and use it internally for improving the programme.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are due in full at the time of enrolment unless alternative arrangements are stated explicitly.

  • Payment methods: Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the point of checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party provider; we do not store card details.
  • Refund policy: Requests for a refund made within 7 days of enrolment and before completing more than 20% of the programme content will be considered. Refunds are not available once access has been substantially used. Requests should be sent to [email protected].
  • Currency: All fees are in Thai Baht. If payment is made in another currency, the applicable exchange rate and any fees are determined by your payment provider.
  • Pricing changes: Fees for future enrolments may change. The price applicable to you is the one confirmed at the time of your enrolment.

8. Programme-Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply to our learning programmes:

  • Enrolment: Access is activated once payment is confirmed. You will receive access instructions by email to the address provided at enrolment.
  • Duration: Programme access periods are as described for each programme on our website. Access is not extended beyond the stated period except at our sole discretion.
  • Mentor feedback: Mentor sessions and feedback are provided within the scope described for each programme. Feedback is educational in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, or commercial advice.
  • Certificates: Where a programme description states that a certificate of completion is available, it is issued upon satisfactory completion of all required components. Certificates reflect completion of a programme with Sati Code; they are not accredited qualifications under Thai educational law unless explicitly stated.
  • Academic integrity: Submitted work must be your own. Misrepresentation of work may result in removal from the programme without refund.
  • Schedule: Session recordings and materials are made available on the schedule described for each programme. We reserve the right to adjust timing where necessary, with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform accessible and content current, we do not make representations that:

  • The website or learning platform will always be available without interruption.
  • Programme content will be error-free or complete for every possible use case.
  • Completing a programme will lead to any particular professional outcome, employment, or other specific result.

Programme content is educational in nature. Nothing in our materials constitutes professional, legal, financial, or commercial advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Sati Code's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the programme to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of income, profit, or opportunity arising from use or inability to use the service.
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
  • Disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural events, infrastructure failures, or regulatory changes.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sati Code, its staff, and mentors harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Your use of the service in a manner that infringes the rights of a third party.
  • Any content you submit through the platform that is unlawful or causes harm to others.

12. Termination

By you: You may discontinue use of a programme at any time. Refunds are subject to the policy in Section 7.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms materially and, where the breach is capable of remedy, have not remedied it within 7 days of notice from us. We may also terminate access immediately where the breach involves misuse of content, dishonesty, or harm to others.

Effect: On termination, your licence to use programme content ends. Sections covering intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Informal resolution: If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. We will aim to respond within 10 business days.

Jurisdiction: If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand, unless Thai law requires otherwise.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: These terms, together with any programme-specific information provided at enrolment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sati Code regarding use of the service.
  • Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.
  • Notices: Notices to you will be sent to the email address provided at enrolment. Notices to us should be sent to [email protected].

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

For enrolled learners, material changes will also be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with a change, please contact us before the effective date to discuss your options, including withdrawal if eligible under the refund policy.
