- Enrolment and programme records: retained for 3 years from programme completion for administrative and dispute resolution purposes
- Analytics data: retained in anonymised or aggregated form; individual session data deleted after 14 months
- Legal records: retained as required by applicable Thai law

- Submitted programme work is stored on access-controlled servers
- Only staff with a direct operational need can access personal data
